Named GP for over 75s
As of April 2015 practices are required to provide all their registered patients aged 75 and over with a named GP, who will have overall responsibility for their care and support.
The named GP for patients at Glenside Country Practice is Dr R Ray. This does not prevent you from seeing any GP or Nurse in the practice.
Accountable GP
All patients registered at the practice, will be assigned an accountable GP, Dr R Ray. This does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the practice.
