General practice is facing increasing workloads and demands on its services. To enable us to provide a safe level of care and to protect the wellbeing of our team, we may have to limit the number of patient contacts that our clinicians see through the day. When we have reached capacity, we will signpost you to the most appropriate service to meet your needs; you may be offered an appointment at a later date if this is clinically appropriate.
