askmyGP

Please ensure that you submit one non-urgent problem only. To ensure patients have a fair chance of getting an appointment, we ask that you submit one problem per day and not send through multiple requests, one after another. In these instances, you will be asked to submit those other issues on another day. Please be mindful that we adhere to fair and equitable processes when managing access to appointments

General practice is facing increasing workloads and demands on its services. To enable us to provide a safe level of care and to protect the wellbeing of our team, we may have to limit the number of patient contacts that our clinicians see through the day. When we have reached capacity, we will signpost you to the most appropriate service to meet your needs; you may be offered an appointment at a later date if this is clinically appropriate. We may also ask you to contact 111, attend an Urgent Care Centre or be directed through to our Hub where additional appointments are offered. Thank you for your understanding and respecting our staff.

AskmyGP is for clinical issues only. If you are looking to order a prescription or have a prescription queries please see the prescriptions page.
