Essential Staff Training (Protected Learning Time)

Our clinical services will not be available between 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm on the following dates:

The surgery will not be closed; however, our staff will be engaging in essential training. We ask that if you have a routine enquiry, an issue with an appointment or a dispensary collection, you attend where possible outside of this timeframe. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

If you do require more urgent medical advice only, please contact the practice. Alternatively, you can call NHS 111 for medical assistance. In the event of a medical emergency, please dial 999 immediately or attend Accident and Emergency.

Notification from the practice

We are aware of the comments that have been posted on a Facebook Page and take any concerns raised about the practice very seriously.
As this relates to an employment matter, it would not be appropriate for us to discuss the details in a public forum. We are committed to ensuring that all staff concerns are handled through the proper processes and in line with our policies and legal obligations.
Patient safety and staff wellbeing are extremely important to us, and we encourage anyone with concerns to raise them through the appropriate formal channels so they can be fully reviewed.
We will not be commenting further on this matter publicly.
Glenside Country Practice

We are a member practice of K2 Healthcare, Primary Care Network

The practice works collaboratively with local GP surgeries through our Primary Care Network, K2 Healthcare, to work at scale and offer additional services and appointments, particularly at times when the practice may be closed. This helps to deliver more integrated and accessible services to our practice population. You may be offered an appointment at another location, but this does not mean we are diverting patients away from the practice; this enables us to provide a wider range of services to you, share resources with other providers, and address local health needs by expanding our primary care workforce.  Our reception team will offer you the opportunity of booking in with this service, to ensure that you are seen at the earliest opportunity.

K2 Healthcare operates within the Lincolnshire locality of Grantham, Sleaford and surrounding villages and these services are located within that locality and not Stamford / Peterborough.
